2007 Meeting Minutes Other Documents Agenda topics must be submitted to the chair no later than the preceding Monday of a regularly scheduled meeting. Placing of topics on the agenda are at the sole discretion of the chair. Under rules-of-order, some topics may need to be placed on the agenda as "new business" with final action to be taken at a following meeting, or special meeting. People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation no later than 72 hours in advance of board meetings. We make every effort to honor these requests, and they should be made as early as possible. Accommodations may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids.
